We want you to love your fashion finds, but if you are not 100% satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt for most items in new condition. Please note that certain items like swimwear, lingerie, and beauty products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your ZAFUL account, navigate to 'My Orders', and click the 'Return/Exchange' button to submit a ticket with your order details.
Receive Authorization
Our customer service team will review your request within 24 hours and provide you with a return authorization and the appropriate return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached and send the package back via your local post office using the provided instructions.
Quality Check and Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your ZAFUL wallet or original payment method within 3-7 business days.
